Not at all. Most guests have never worn a VR headset before, and that's completely fine. Our staff walks every group through setup, controls, and safety before your session starts. Most people are playing comfortably within 5–10 minutes.
We recommend ages 8 and up. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no upper age limit — VR is genuinely fun for all ages, and we have experiences appropriate for kids, teens, and adults.

Standard sessions are 60 minutes of active VR time. We also offer 30-minute short sessions and per-minute Quick Play. Arrive 15–20 minutes early so waivers and orientation don't eat into your play time.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. VR can be active — some experiences involve moving, dodging, and reaching. Avoid dangling jewelry or accessories. Glasses wearers are welcome — our headsets accommodate most frames.

Significantly. Home standalone headsets run on mobile processors with limited graphics. Our systems are powered by high-end gaming PCs. The visual clarity, tracking precision, and content library are dramatically better — guests who own headsets at home are usually genuinely surprised.
Some people experience motion discomfort in VR, especially with fast-moving games. We always recommend starting with lower-intensity "comfort" rated experiences on your first visit. Stay hydrated, take breaks if needed, and tell our staff if you're sensitive — they'll steer you right. Most guests have zero issues.

We've hosted birthday parties for children as young as 6 years old, especially when they can read basic instructions and follow staff guidance.
