Guests arrive, check in, and any unfilled waivers get signed in the lobby (or knocked out online beforehand). The birthday kid gets a quick tour. Decorations drop in the party room — we save the time for you.

Gear Up & Brief

Staff fits headsets, walks the group through controls, and runs a safety brief — comfortable in 5–10 minutes. First-timers get the same attention as veterans. No one feels lost.

45 Minutes of VR Play

The main event. Pick from the full library — sword fighting, escape rooms, multiplayer arenas, rhythm games, sports sims. Staff rotates everyone through their favorites and helps swap games on the fly. Multiplayer titles let the whole group play together at once.

Cool-Down & Photo Op

Last 5 minutes wind down — the birthday kid gets a hero shot, friends snap photos with the gear on, group huddles for the party-room photo. Then headsets come off, hands get wiped down, off to the party room.

Parent Questions, Answered

Weekend slots fill up fastest — book at least 3 weeks ahead for Saturdays/Sundays. Weekday parties (after school or evening) often have more flexibility with a week's notice. For special dates like New Year's or major holidays, book as early as you can.
We recommend ages 8 and up for the full VR experience. Younger kids (5–7) can attend a sibling's party with parent supervision, and our staff guides them toward gentler comfort experiences. There's no upper limit — adult birthdays go great here too.
8 players' worth of VR (1 full hour), 45 minutes of private party room time, all gear/setup/sanitization, a staff host who runs the show, and basic party-room setup (tables, chairs, trash bins). Extra players are $39 each.
Yes — bring whatever you want. Cake, pizza, candy, themed plates, balloons, the works. We have tables, chairs, and trash cans ready. We'll even time a pizza delivery for you if you tell us when at booking. The party room is yours for the full 45 minutes.
Most of our guests are first-timers — that's the norm, not the exception. Staff walks every player through controls and safety in 5–10 minutes. Nervous kids get extra-attentive coaching (just ask at booking). We start everyone on comfort-rated experiences before ramping up.
A parent or legal guardian must sign for every minor (under 18). Best practice: include the waiver link in your party invite so parents can pre-sign — saves a ton of time at check-in. → Waiver page
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Adults often jump in alongside the kids, especially during multiplayer games. Some parents prefer to chill in the party room while staff handles the VR rotation. Your call.
Add players in increments of one — $39 per extra player. We can comfortably host parties up to about 14–16 with the same hour of VR time (we rotate efficiently). Larger groups should call ahead — we'll figure out the right configuration.
No formal sibling discount on parties, but the Family membership tier ($149/mo) includes a free birthday add-on — worth checking out if you've got multiple birthdays per year in the household. → See Family tier
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on party bookings — that's when we can reschedule or refund the deposit. Last-minute cancels may forfeit the deposit. Genuine emergencies are handled case by case; just call.
Yes, when the schedule allows. Talk to staff during the party — if there's no booking right after yours, you can extend in 30-minute or 60-minute chunks at the standard rate ($39/player/hr). It happens often.
Tell us at booking. The party room is private, so we can dim lights, adjust music, or keep food sealed. For sensory-sensitive kids, we have lower-stim game options and can build a calmer rotation. Just call or email us in advance — we'll customize.
