Tell us about
your kid.

This is how a mentor knows your student before they walk in. It takes about five minutes, and the more specific you are, the faster we match them with the right mentor and the right first project. Skip anything you would rather talk about in person.

Why are they coming?

Every one of these is a fine answer. Pick as many as are true — it changes how we start with them, not whether they belong here.

Where are they right now?

Honest answers help more than flattering ones. Nobody gets held back for being a beginner, and nobody gets bored for being ahead.

We ask because homework comes first every session, and because earned VR time can be tied to grades going up.

What are they into?

This is the section that matters most. Names are better than categories — a mentor who knows the exact game or artist gets further in five minutes than we do in a month.

Anything we should focus on?

Optional, and it stays with your student's records. Tell us what helps them learn well — how they take feedback, what frustrates them, what they need in a room, any accommodation their school makes. We are not asking for a diagnosis and you do not owe us one.

Wellbeing coaching

Coach Cesar and Coach Ivory

Our wellbeing coaches work inside the program, not off to the side. They sit with students on the things that make the rest possible: handling a loss without melting down, starting hard things, sticking with something past the boring part, talking to people, and taking feedback on your own work.

They are coaches and mentors, not counselors or therapists. If something comes up that needs a professional, we tell you and point you toward real help rather than handling it ourselves.
