Make your scheduler account
The link below opens our scheduler. Look in the top right corner and click SIGN UP. Enter an email and a password and you are done — you do not have to book anything to make the account.
There is no separate sign-up page, so the button in that corner is the only way in. Use the email you actually check: your coupon code, receipts and confirmations all go there, and the account keeps your codes in one place.
Or let us do it. Email us and we will create the account for you and set a password you can change later. Send your name, your student's name, and the email you want on the account.

Buy the path that fits
All five paths are monthly subscriptions. You are not paying for each afternoon at the door — you subscribe, and that gives you a coupon code you enter when you book your visits. The code is what pays for them.
The code arrives in your confirmation email, and it also sits inside the scheduler account you just made, under your name in the top right.

Book your afternoons
Sign back in, choose Afterschool @ LAZRdojo, pick your days, and paste your coupon code in the coupon or package box at checkout. The visit costs you nothing more.
The days are yours to change week to week. Only production sessions and special events are fixed, and we post those ahead of time. And if the afternoon you want is not showing on the calendar, ask for it — tell us the day and time you need and we will open it when we can.
Rather we just did it?
Call or email and tell us your student's name and age and which afternoons you want. We will create the scheduler account, set a password for you, apply your code, book the days, and send you the confirmations. Plenty of families do it this way — you never have to touch the scheduler if you would rather not.

Every path includes the homework block, mentor time, and an hour of VR each visit. Visits run two to three hours, with a hard four-hour cap and pickup between 5:30 and 6:00 PM.

Over 18? Afterschool is for ages 6–18, so these paths are not the right fit. College students and adult learners sign up on our regular Create membership instead — same studio, same tools, same mentors, on a schedule built around adult hours. See Create memberships →
These are subscriptions, not per-visit tickets. You are billed monthly, and each month you get a coupon code covering that month's visits. Unused visits do not roll over. Change paths or cancel by telling us before your next billing date. The drop-in day is the one exception — that is a single afternoon, paid once.

Paying pre-tax? Most families use a Dependent Care FSA. Pay by ordinary card, keep the itemized receipt we give you, and submit for reimbursement. We provide a completed IRS Form W-10 with our EIN and year-end statements at no charge.

Tell us who is coming

Fill this out and we will set the whole thing up for you: the account, the membership, the coupon code, and the afternoons on the calendar. You will hear back from a person, usually the same day. If you would rather do it yourself, the three steps above still stand.

Four things, then they are in.
- [ ]Sign the waiver. Required before the first session. It takes two minutes online and covers the whole year. Sign it here →
- [ ]Give us your pickup list. Names of everyone allowed to pick your student up. We release students only to those people, with photo ID.
- [ ]Emergency contact and anything medical we should know. Allergies, medication, a condition that matters on our floor. We collect this at the front desk on day one, or ahead of time by email.
- [ ]Riding the bus to us? Send your student's ID number and school. WS/FCS routing changes take one to two weeks, so plan on driving pickup until it is confirmed.

Quick answers.
When can we start?
Any week. Enrollment is rolling, and billing starts when your student does. Book the first afternoon and come.
Do we have to come the same day every week?
No. You book the afternoons you want and change them whenever your week changes. Production sessions and special events are the only fixed dates.
What if we miss a visit?
Rebook it inside the same month if there is space. Visits do not roll over past the end of the month, so call us early if your week falls apart and we will find you another afternoon.
Can I change paths later?
Yes. Most families start at one afternoon a week and move up once their student is attached to a project. Tell us before your next billing date.
My kid has never coded or drawn anything serious.
That is the normal starting point. The youngest band works in visual blocks, and every student starts on paper with an idea before touching the software.
Is my student too old for this?
Afterschool runs through age 18, and the high school track is the most demanding thing we do — Unity, Unreal, a sustained project, and a portfolio they can show a college or an employer. Once a student is over 18, they move to our regular Create membership rather than an afterschool path. Same studio and same mentors, on a schedule that fits college classes or a job.
